Dolfi grew up among the bees. His favourite toys were his dad's hive tools.
Our family’s beekeeping story goes back to 1960. Dolfi, our founder and head beekeeper, was introduced to bees from a young age. His dad was a beekeeper who bred his own queen bees on the family farm.
Today we keep our own hives in NSW, and we partner with trusted beekeepers in remote regions known for pristine flora. Every jar is raw and cold-extracted.

Our hives at Jilliby
In the coastal forest of the Central Coast hinterland, our Jilliby hives forage on Bluegum, Ironbark and seasonal wildflowers.
Out west at Bourke
Deep in the outback, our Bourke hives work the eucalyptus country. After the floods they make our rare Outback Honey.
