We are a family-owned boutique honey producer offering a variety of premium, unique, raw Australian honey that delights people.
Our extended family beekeeping journey goes way back to 1960.
Dolfi, our founder and Head Beekeeper, was introduced to the fascinating world of bees and beekeeping from a young age, as his dad was a Beekeeper, breeding his own Queen Bees at the family farm.
Dolfi grew up amongst bees; his favourite toys were his dad’s hive tools. One of Dolf’s earliest childhood memories is as a 4-year-old boy, playing in the backyard, fully necked, on a warm spring day. He noticed his father wearing his beekeeping protective gear, heading towards the beehives. Dolfi followed his dad with curiosity and soon was covered with bees from head to toe, to the astonishment of his dad.
Dolfi’s deep apiary knowledge, expertise and passion enable us to produce quality and innovative honey products that our customers love, trust and return for more.

How We Produce Our Honey

Making honey is a complex and unique process and is produced in several stages
Our bees are collecting nectar from a variety of trees and plants, allowing us to have a different variety of honey made at a different season.
We have been extracting honey for 3 generations and work passionately to bring the honey to you as fresh and as natural it can be.
