Honey doesn’t expire. Over time it can turn white and solid. That’s crystallisation, and it’s a good sign your honey is genuinely raw.

Raw honey questions, answered
That’s crystallisation (also called settling), and it’s natural. It usually means you have genuine raw honey that’s safe to eat. Honey doesn’t expire, it just changes shape.
Stand the jar in warm (NOT hot) water until it loosens. Too much heat damages the natural enzymes.
No. We use a gentle cold extraction process, and our honey is never pasteurised or radiated.
Order our lab-tested Manuka honey online, or pick up a jar at one of our Sydney markets. It needs at least 90 MGO to be rated 5+.
We deliver across Australia, excluding SA and WA.
