Seasonal Honey is extracted as close as possible to the day we sell it, so it’s as fresh as honey gets. In high season it’s fresher than the milk in your fridge. Winter honey thickens and sets quickly, which is how honey preserves itself for a thousand years.

Store at room temperature, out of direct sun. Honey can turn white and solid over time. That’s crystallisation, and it means your honey is genuinely raw. To make it runny again, stand the jar in warm (NOT hot) water.

We deliver across Australia, excluding SA and WA. You can return or exchange products within 14 days with a valid receipt.
