Honey with Dried Fruit

Using an ancient Egyptian technic, we soaked dried fruit in honey. The honey is observed into the fruit, creating a unique flavour as the fruit release flavour into the honey. The honey creates natural preservation to the fruit, allowing you to store the honey in its natural condition.

Honey with dried fruit is the best way to preserve the fruit within the honey. As honey has the capacity to preserve itself, we use the honey’s natural sugars that have been collected by the bees instead of traditional processed white sugar. We save the whole process of cooking sugar into syrup. This way we use all natural products with no chemically processed white sugar.
